Registration of your profile by yourself or by your representative and followed by the approval of the profile by Bharat Helpline. After registered with us you must conform your account in Bharat helpline office after that you can use your account in proper way.  

To register as a member and also to use the site and its services, you must be a major by age according to the law of India (currently 18 years or over for female and 21 years or over for males) and also according to the law of the country you are living.

Bharat Helpline reserves the right to check the genuineness of content posted on the website by the Members/representatives. Bharat Helpline holds the right to delete your registration without any prior notice or reasons.

Bharat Helpline matrimonial reserves the right to screen communications/messages that you may send to other members and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior to any member.

The Bharat Helpline is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent. Members/representatives and Users of the website agree to provide only true information and shall not indulge in any illegal activities, damages in any form with the information’s or to any other members or to the website itself.

The Bharat Helpline will not be responsible or liable for any information provided by the member/representative and also will not be liable in case of any wrong match made due to any misrepresentation or misinterpretation or miscommunication or anything. If found incorrect or comes to the notice of the Bharat helpline, all the benefits would be withheld/suspended/forfeited, and action may be taken against the Member/representative accordingly.

Bharat Helpline does not, under any circumstances, guarantee or ensure that the Client will achieve successfully as a result of any services provided.

It is the responsibility of the member/representative to keep the information current with Bharat Helpline in order to display it on the site. To do so, member/representative can use "Edit Profile" feature or "Delete Profile" and "Add Profile" features.

The Bharat Helpline will not be under any obligation to give any information/details about other members without the written consent of the member concerned. 

Bharat Helpline gives no guarantee for claims made by Members/representatives regarding themselves. You are advised to make appropriate verifications at your end. 

Bharat Helpline reserves the right to amend, modify or revoke any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time and without any prior notice to the Client by updating the Terms and Conditions on the Website.
